These terms govern your use of senthaitools.com and any quotation, order or supply relationship with Senthai Cemented Carbide Tools (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“SENTHAI”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you accept them. Where a signed supply agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.
1. Information published on this site
Product descriptions, dimensions, grades, illustrations and performance figures are provided as guidance. Wear life and service life depend on the surface being cleared, machine setup, operator technique and maintenance, so published ranges are indicative rather than guaranteed. The binding specification for any order is the drawing, sample or written specification both parties approve.
2. Quotations
Quotations are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise and are based on the specification, quantity, packing and delivery terms set out in them. If any of those change, the quotation is revised. Quotations do not transfer any intellectual property rights in our drawings, tooling or process data.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing. Where a new profile requires tooling or first-article approval, production begins only after the drawing or sample is approved in writing. Order acknowledgements state the specification, quantity, price, packing and estimated schedule.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the quotation and exclude duties, taxes and any charges imposed at destination unless expressly included. Payment terms are agreed per customer and appear on the invoice. Late payment may suspend production of subsequent orders.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery terms follow the Incoterms stated on the quotation. Estimated schedules are given in good faith; production and freight can be affected by events outside our control, including shipping congestion, customs action and force majeure. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm, not according to the estimated delivery date.
6. Inspection, warranty and claims
Our product warranty is set out on the warranty and shipping page and forms part of these terms. Claims must be raised within the warranty period with the batch reference and supporting photographs. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost operating time or third-party costs, beyond the value of the goods supplied.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, drawings, product photography and layout — belongs to SENTHAI or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without written consent. Drawings and tooling produced by us for a customer remain our property unless a separate agreement says otherwise; customer-supplied drawings remain the customer’s property.
8. Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, to disrupt its operation, to scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or to submit false information through our forms. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts unless a signed supply agreement provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, our processes or the law. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
