The fastest way to a useful quotation is to describe the job rather than the part. Tell us what machine the edge goes on, what surface you are clearing and roughly how much you get through in a season. A machine model, an existing part number or a photograph of the worn edge is usually enough for our engineers to come back with a proposal.
What to include
- Machine or application. Plow truck, grader, loader, skid steer or utility tractor; highway, municipal, airport, yard or gravel road.
- Edge details. Length, thickness, bolt pattern and edge angle if you have them, or a part number we can look up.
- Quantity. A trial batch, a season order or an annual programme — the number changes the price and the schedule.
- Destination. Port or city, so we can quote shipping and packing accurately.
- Documents. Any certificates, inspection reports or packaging requirements your receiving team needs.
Response times
Enquiries received during the working week are answered within one working day. Enquiries that arrive while our team is at a trade show or on a public holiday are answered on the next working day. If your enquiry is urgent because a season is about to start, say so in the message and we will prioritise the technical review.
Languages
Our quote desk works in English and Chinese. Technical drawings can be supplied in either language, and our engineers are used to working from dimensioned sketches when a formal drawing is not available.
Sampling
If you are evaluating a new grade or profile, mention it. A short trial batch or a sample edge is the cheapest way to confirm that a specification suits your roads before committing to a full season order.
Request a quote
The more detail you send, the faster we can price it. A machine model, drawbar length or a photo of the worn edge is usually enough to start.
